Terms of Service

-- Payments
I accept payments only through Paypal and dA points.
Depending and who, I can accept through Vipps too (A norwegian app)

I prefer to be paid before I get to work. If you feel uncomfortable with this, we can
talk it through by waiting to be paid after the sketch has been done. (This does not apply for any sketch commissions. I prefer to be paid before those)

Please wait until I sent an invoice for payment. Do not send anything until I say it's okay.

-- Refunds
I won't accept refunds when I've gone beyond sketch process. Once I've started, I won't give it back. Unless there is a specific valid reason for why you need the refund. Please contact me about it.

Keep in mind if you do refrund mid production, you don't own any rights to the work that has been done so far nor will you receive anything.

-- Deadlines
I won't accept any deadlines for the time being, due to my mental healthness can be highly unpredictable.
If you really need a deadline its best you order something months beforehand.

-- Personal Use
Once you've ordered and gotten the art, you are free to do what you want with EXCEPT:
Do not sell the artwork as your own nor claim the artwork as your own.
Please also don't sell it as a merch or along the lines without my consent.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE ART FOR NFT.

-- My rights
I have right to decline a commission and cancel it (I will refund) at any times.
I have rights to use the artwork I made as examples or post it on sites I'm on.

Please provide Visual reference of your character(s) and exactly what you wish for.
You are free to leave it up to me, but it would be helpful to tell me what you want, if you have anything specific that is.

What I will draw

  • Pokemon (I can't draw most so please ask me beforehand)

  • Felines

  • Some animals (Anyone with paws, mostly. I can't do any hooved)

  • Slight violence (such as blood and etc)

  • Humanoids (Depends on the design)

What I won't draw

  • Gore (Extreme gore such as organs and bones out of body. Blood and cuts is fine)

  • NSFW

  • Robots/mech

  • Dragons

  • Backgrounds (Complex ones. I can only do simple)
